Free Judo and Women’s Self-Defense Course

ASD Olympic Judo Forio is organizing a free judo/self-defense course dedicated to women, with the aim of promoting personal safety, awareness, and physical well-being.

• Start date: Saturday, February 28

• Time: from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM

• Location: Forio Sports Hall

• Duration: until the end of May

• Available spots: maximum 20 participants

Registration can be completed directly at the Sports Hall.
