Cancer Prevention Comes to Forio

On 28 and 29 October 2026, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Piazzale Cristoforo Colombo in Forio will host a free cancer screening programme promoted by ASL Napoli 2 Nord and the Campania Region.

Various services dedicated to prevention and early diagnosis will be available over the two days.

Available services

• Mammograms: examinations and appointments for women aged 50 to 69.

• Pap tests and HPV tests: examinations and appointments for women aged 25 to 64.

• Colorectal cancer screening: distribution of test kits for men and women aged 50 to 69.

• Free nutritional consultations.

The initiative is aimed at residents within the ASL Napoli 2 Nord healthcare district.
