“Let’s Defend Our Green Island!”

Ibsen School will take an important step toward sustainability. We will have the pleasure of hosting the representatives of Plastic Free Ischia for an awareness and information session dedicated to the first-year students of the secondary school.

This will not just be a lesson, but a true journey to understand the impact our daily habits have on the paradise we live in and on the environment as a whole.

We will discuss the problems that mainly affect our environment and what choices each individual can make:

• The Plastic Invasion: Why it is an urgent problem for our seas.

• Possible Alternatives: How to replace single-use items with smarter choices.

• Active Citizenship: The power of each student to make a difference.

Being “Plastic Free” doesn’t mean being perfect, but being aware.

Thanks to the volunteers and the entire Plastic Free association for involving us. Our school is proud to help protect the environment and our Green Island.
