SYNOPSIS
Ellie and the Emerald City, directed by Igor Voloshin, tells the story of Elli (Ekaterina Chervova), a young girl living in a distant city who is suddenly swept into an extraordinary adventure.
A wicked witch named Gingema (Vasilina Makovtseva) conjures a powerful hurricane that carries Elli and her loyal dog Totoshka (voiced by Denis Vlasenko) to the magical land of the Munchkins. There, Elli discovers a world filled with vibrant colors, strange creatures, and unexpected wonders.
During her journey, she meets three companions who join her quest: the Scarecrow, the Tin Man (Yuri Kolokolnikov), and the Cowardly Lion.
Each of them has a wish they hope to fulfill: the Scarecrow longs for a brain, the Tin Man seeks a heart, and the Lion dreams of finding courage. Together, they set out along the long and dangerous Yellow Brick Road toward the Emerald City, where they hope to find the Wizard who can grant their wishes and help Elli return home safely.
